I. PURPOSE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION:

As a lending company, we collect personal information of our clients for the following purposes:

• Registration purposes to our system;
• Identify the client as a user of our system;
• Background check for credibility;
• Avoidance of conflict of interest;
• Customer support and sending of notices and information for our products and services;
• Inform clients of their privacy rights and remedies provided by law.
  
  

II.HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION:

We collect information through the following:

• Voluntary and involuntary submissions and disclosures of clients regardless of the medium used to disclose the information;
• From third parties or entities in its conduct of appropriate due diligence studies, and other public records or websites.
  
  

III. LIMITED DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

As a user of our system, you authorize the company to disclose or share or transfer your personal information to government authorities, to lawyers, auditors, collectors and agents of the company, to financial institutions, or to any other person as may be authorized by law or by court order. If the company is required to disclose your personal information, the disclosure will be made in such manner that will ensure the least transmission of information.

We may also disclose personal information in case of a merger, reorganization, dissolution, or sale of all company’s assets and business.

IV. NECESSARY DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES:

As a rule, we do not rent, lease, sell or transfer any personal information to third parties. However, in the pursuit of its lending business, ONE ALLIANCE LENDING CORPORATION, may, from time to time, disclose personal information to its affiliates or to companies providing services to it or to third parties, in such a manner as may be necessary or as may be allowed by law.

In so doing, ONE ALLIANCE LENDING CORPORATION will ensure that the said third parties have privacy policies that require them protect your personal information in strict accordance with the privacy laws of the Philippines.

V. POLICY CHANGES

ONE ALLIANCE LENDING CORPORATION will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We assure you that any changes we make to our privacy policy will be done to afford better protection to your personal information.

VI. DISCLOSURE AND RETENTION OF INFORMATION FROM FORMER CLIENTS:

Private personal information from former clients are likewise covered by our strict confidentiality policy and may be disclosed only under such circumstances as may be required by law. Furthermore, such information shall be retained by us for a period of five (5) years, unless the former client is a party to a case where such private information is required to be kept beyond the five (5) year period as stated above.

VII. USER’S RIGHTS

• You have the right to access your data.
• You have the right to rectify or erase the information processed.
• You have the right to object to the processing of your data and the right to portability of your data.
• You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of data, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing of data prior to your withdrawal of your consent.

VIII. WAIVERS AND CONSENTS

To enable us to serve you better, we may need you to execute a limited waiver of your rights (which may also be contained in your specific definitive agreement with us) under the following laws and their respective implementing rules and regulations:

• Republic Act No. 9510 or the Credit Information Systems Act
• Republic Act No. 1405 or the Bank Secrecy Law
• Republic Act No. 6426 or the Foreign Currency Deposit Act
• Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act

This waiver will terminate immediately upon the conclusion of our business relationship with you, unless otherwise provided by law or unless you have any outstanding obligation to One Alliance.
